You can cancel your purchase by phone, email, on the contact page, or by filling out the form below. In all cases, please provide your contact information - your name, email address, and if possible, your phone number - and the order ID for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. You can find the order ID in the order notifications sent to you by email. If you only wish to exercise the right of withdrawal for certain items within a given order, please specify which products and in what quantity you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal! Thank you!
